How ranking works — permanent rules
1. Buyers never pay anything. Ever. 2. Money can never buy rank. Not spots, not stars. 3. The top 5 agents show first in each location. A lead goes only to the agent the client messages. 4. Rank comes only from deals confirmed by clients. Claims count for nothing. 5. Clients rate you 1 to 5 stars.

When agents have equal deals, leads are shared equally — everyone gets a turn. And any deal you close, from anywhere, counts once your client confirms it. Close deals, confirm them, move up.
